To trigger the White Mantle spawns all over Kryta, yes. But you still need to have both (just not beaten both, only one) to have access to all the dialogues (seems Trial of Blimm can only be acessed in an EotN location).

I'm not sure but I do believe this means those who are unlucky enough to have finished Prophecies but don't have EotN could well be stuck with tough White Mantle groups polluting their Krytan areas with no way to remove them unless they buy EotN.

They're not going to use Medals of Honor again. I think that there will be somethign like Medals, and something like War Supplies and Royal Gifts, but they will have different names.

They will not give us a new line of weapons. If they did, they would probably have to allow this new weapon line into the HoM.

Maybe we will get some new minipets (we all need more minis for HoM) and maybe some new Heroes (since we can soon add 7 to our party).
